rates & occupancy
rates listed are based on single or maximum double occupancy. we regret we do not offer rollaway bedding. a 11.8% combined City of Ashland Transient Occupancy Tax and State of Oregon Lodging Tax will be added to each room charge. a three-course, complimentary breakfast is provided for each adult with each nights stay. high season rates are effective from may 1st through october 31st; off season rates begin november 1 through april 30th.
deposits
we require a deposit equivalent to the fist nights stay for each room requested to secure the reservation and send formal confirmation;
cancellation policy
any change to a confirmed reservation that reduces the number of rooms or days reserved will be treated as a cancellation. there is a $25.00 fee for processing cancellations. cancellations and changes require 30 days advance notice prior to the date of arrival. in the event of a late cancellation, payment is required for all dates and rooms reserved that cannot be rebooked. no refunds or credits will be made for early departure.
minimum stay; check in and check out
we require a two night minimum stay on all weekends during high season; check in on the day of your arrival is anytime after 4pm; check out on the day of your departure is 11am.
